I continue to make slow progress on my translation of Richard Wagner's Oper und Drama. Today I finished the first draft of part III, section 6.
Only part III, section 7 now remains to be drafted. Something always manages to frustrate my plans, but I'm somewhat optimistic that I can complete the first draft of the translated text by the end of 2026.After I complete the first draft of the translated text, the rest of the work (and there will still be much to do) will be much, much easier to do.
So things are looking up!
